Mohammad Razaghi received the B.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran, in 2001, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran, in 2003 and 2009, respectively. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, University of Kurdistan, Sanandaj, Iran, where he leads the Photonics Research Group and the Microfabrication Lab.

He is a member of IEEE and of the West Branch of the Iranian Association of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IAEEE), and a regular reviewer for several international journals and conferences in the areas of optical communications and photonic devices.
