A. Abdollahpouri (Ph.D., University
of Hamburg, Germany) is an associate professor of computer networks at the
Department of Computer Engineering, University
of Kurdistan, Sanandaj, Iran. He joined the UoK as the academic staff
in 2005. Currently, he is giving courses in "computer
networks I & II", "computer architecture" and
"operating systems" at the undergraduate level and "Complex
networks" and "neural networks" at the graduate level in
University of Kurdistan. He has also teaching experience in various
courses such as "Microprocessor lab", "assembly
language" , "Applied image processing" in Amirkabir University of Technology, University
of Applied Science and Technology.
In addition, Dr. Abdollahpouri is the head of Graph Machine Learning Lab (GML) at
the University of Kurdistan.
His research interests are in various fields of complex networks
and computer architecture such as: Graph Neural Networks, IPTV, Quality
of Service in Wireless Networks, Complex Networks, Recommender Systems,
Pipelining and formal verification of RISC processors.
He was working as a system programmer in Telecommunication
Company of Tehran from 2001 to 2005.
